The three were part of the "Hamilton Electors" who wanted Republican Electors to vote for an alternate "moderate" Republican, and in a show of solidarity would also vote for a moderate Republican.
That was an EPIC FAIL since they weren’t even GOP electors...all it did was cost HRC votes...
