Funny they must be talking about themselves as they bringing racists to everything from Obama to the street thungs.
More lib/dem projection. It explains everything they say and do and think.
Stagnation is due to the people not assimilating or the disintegration of the family. Two major factors the people conveniently ignore.
There's also a connection to the movie The Matrix, wherein the hero is given a choice to take the blue pill and stay in sub-conscious simulated lala land, or take the red pill and wake up and see reality for what it really is. So, "woke" and "red pilled" are similar terms.
My brother had to Google it for us. Had never heard the term.

So MTV accidentally got that one right: no white male should brag about or aspire to being "woke" because it's a sucker game ... nothing you say or do will ever make up for your whiteness and maleness.
Oh, but they’ll argue that their intentions were good, because they were only trying to lift up the “oppressed”. But you don’t lift up one group by pushing down another group. That just creates resentment, which leads to even more problems. What a bunch of dummies!
I think they saw oppression one time. From a helicopter maybe. These genteel snowflakes(aka: ungrateful snots) haven’t got the slightest clue of what actual oppression is.

MTV has two revenue streams. They are paid by advertisers trying to reach their millennial viewers. They are also paid carriage fees by cable customers, as part of the "bundle" of channels offered by their cable company.
I have not viewed MTV since the early 80s. But I was still one of their customers due to my cable bill. A few years ago I slimmed down my cable package to a "skinny" bundle. (This was shortly after the MTV awards/Miley Cyrus debacle). MTV, along with ESPN, HGTV, Commedy Central, and the Disney Freeform channel are no longer coming into my home and I am no longer paying for their left wing programming.
MTV executives had no understanding that I was a customer, and they should not be actively trying to offend and insult me.

It’s the easy way to fool people into thinking they are being uplifted by pushing down those that they feel are oppressing them or those whom they are jealous. Damn, I finally figured that part of the Left out.
I’m woke to the idea that Americans need to start working together more especially against the totalitarianism of jihadis.
The guys who install microwave ovens custom kitchen deliveries no longer want their MTV.
