A Mississippi man arrested in the burning of an African-American church that was spray-painted with the words "Vote Trump" is a member of the congregation, the church's bishop said.
Andrew McClinton, 45, of Leland, Mississippi, was charged Wednesday with first degree arson of a place of worship, said Warren Strain, spokesman for the Mississippi Department of Public Safety. McClinton is African-American.
McClinton was arrested in Greenville, where Hopewell Missionary Baptist Church was burned and vandalized Nov. 1, a week before the presidential election.
Hopewell Bishop Clarence Green said McClinton is a member of the church. Green said he didn't know about the arrest until he was called by The Associated Press.
"This is the first I have heard of it," said Green, who said he was attending to other church duties and didn't have time for a longer interview.

This hoax takes away from the fact that Trump-inspired atrocities are taking place every day. For example, there was the girl who had her... no wait that was fake. Then there was the mob of White Trump supporters who strangled.. hmmm that was a hoax too. But we can't discount all the burnings and rapes. I'm sure there is a real one in there somewhere if we look hard enough. Trump has got to be stopped before someone of color is given a very hard stare.
By the way, Vote Trump. (In 4 more years)

The reporting is sad...you can describe the church but not the man. Fake reporting signal...check the adjectives.

I remember someone had a link to a site that had a list of the fake hate hoaxes...
Surprise, surprise.
“Hate crimes” by minorities are the norm.
I hope they put the screws to this guy to find out if anyone paid him. This was exactly the time everyone was talking about Hillary losing black voters. So convenient.
Hope he gets 20+ years.
Or they’ll give him a $500 fine and 20 hours of community service.
