Under Obama’s “Waters of the United States” rules. the ditch which drains runoff from my driveway is considered “water of the U.S.”

I live on real steep timber land, in a little valley between two big hills. We have 4 ponds, all connected by a seasonal creek. We use one of them, without permission from the man, to irrigate. We have put 700 feet of 2" pipe from the first pond up 300' from our house, it is all gravity watering, just turn on the spigot and out it runs in full force, great pressure.

I am terrified of this waters of the world bill, my land is exactly what they want to control, especially using THEIR water to irrigate my vege garden and orchard.
