I've had more than a few exchanges with people in that state. there must be something n the water there that gives the a vile and cranky disposition. One of my least favorite states in the U.S. because of the people alone.

How could this be?? I mean, the “Land of Lincoln”, the “Land of Barack Obama”, the city of Chicago run by Obama’s friend in crime, Ram Emanuel. How could this state have produced the likes of the great Lincoln and the slug of a President, Obama?
