If you or I worked under someone else’s social security number, we’d be charged and convicted of a felony. every illegal alien should be carcerated and check, if they are stealing an identity. They should be charged with a felony and deported.
Most countries would incarcerate ANYONE who crossed their borders illegally.

I have my own opinion that the reason there is so much ID and bank fraud is because it is no longer taken seriously. If it were still treated as serious as it should be many illegals would be in major trouble.
