That said, IF THERE’S ANY PROOF Russians were involved in the hack it should be looked at. Same as Israel’s position that we meddled with their elections... Maybe all the’meddling’ needs to be looked at ON EVERYONE’S SIDE.

Well if you had anything other than baseless accusations, something - anything - then an investigation would be warranted. Until then your histrionics are amusing.
Perhaps such an investigation should be done but only at the source in order to be close to the evilness so they can see it clearly. The investigating committee should have all of its sessions in appropriate locations in Russia. They should investigate thoroughly and take as much time as they need, a couple of years perhaps. The committee should be comprised of only those who believe such an investigation is necessary.
