Democratic senators are calling on federal prosecutors to start an investigation into the president-elect's mishandling of the Energy Department's transition, saying the Trump team broke the law by singling out employees involved in climate change work.
A group of nine senators, led by Sen. Richard Blumenthal of Connecticut, sent a letter to the Office of Special Counsel, the government's independent investigative and prosecutorial agency, saying a questionnaire sent by the Trump team to the Energy Department a week ago "violated long-standing federal laws designed to protect civil servants against coercion for partisan purposes."

Yet, a Judge seems to agree that Obama issued a false birth certificate. But, since he didn’t give it to a Secretary of State for any state, there was no intention to deceive.
Hillary broke national security laws, but there was no ‘intention’ to deceive so it’s okay.
Do they care what Trump’s intention was? Hell no. These people have no shame or integrity. They are unfit to hold office, imho.

Blumenthal making accusations is much like a skunk calling a rose a bad smell. The other thing is, I didn’t realize that ANY Democrat knew what the Office of Special Prosecutor is, judging from the way they haven’t spoken of it the last eight years.
They already are. it’ll just get louder.

He can replace who he wants. He can direct his appointees to clean house. He can defund and cause whole sections to disappear.
