Personally I don't doubt it, having recently read that CA has no voter ID, defers to using Driver's Licenses to register voters, and (conveniently, for the dhimmicrats...) gives drivers licenses to illegals w/out requiring proof of citizenship. Long, short, I could easily see 4 million votes just being illegals voting for the harridan.
