Not so much “hacking” as “phishing”.

“We have detected a problem with your account. Please log onto the account and follow the instructions on the screen.”

And by all odds, that is just what John Podesta did, thereby opening up a rich treasure trove of highly compromising e-mail exchanges.

DING DING DING DING WINNER WINNER CHICKEN DINNER!!

Podesta the Molesta fell for the oldest trick in the book.

I can’t tell you how many little old ladies do that kind of crap and then wonder why their computers “don’ work no more”.

Don’t you believe, as I do, that US security and intelligent agencies have been trying, probably successfully, to compromise Russian, Chinese, NK, Syrian, and every other nation’s innermost cyber communications?? If not, shame on us. And think about all the private citizens worldwide, the nerds throughout the globe hacking away on the US systems and every other country as well?? Surely no one on FR is naïve enough to think otherwise! There is nothing on internet secure enough to keep them out.
