The only reason she will be pardoned is if she can threaten Obama with information that can take him down if she goes down.
Please remember, they also hate each other. He “stole” her supposed presidency in 2008 and now she has screwed up his “legacy” by losing to Trump who will undo everything Obama screwed up.
This goes way back. At the Thanksgiving time, 2013, a private dinner at WH, just the 4 of them, HRC asked BHO to stop the then very early FBI look into emails and CGI.
BHO said no.
It got so testy, the Clintons left before dessert!
His support of her campaign this year was all saving Obamacare, and his “legacy”, etc, not for any love/like/respect for her. Even worse for his “legacy” he backed the “losing team.” When the 4 of them are together, BHO can put on a “happy face”, but Michelle breaths fire.
He’s got to pardon her. She knows where the bodies are buried.

IMHO I think Congress should pass legislation that sets clearly defined limitations on Presidential pardons. I believe that pardons should be permissible only in cases where there is serious doubt as to the guilt of the convicted, and should never be permissible BEFORE a person is convicted because such pardons obviously deny aggrieved parties their day in court.

I don’t think Obama will pardon her.
Nor do I think trump will jail her. He doesn’t want 2020 to be a referendum on whether she gets out of jail.
There are other things that can happen to her and the cgi.
RATs don’t think she did anything wrong, so why pardon her? We think she should pay for her transgressions, so why pardon her?
