A Hillary Clinton supporter has sued Alaska’s three electoral college voters, trying to prevent them from casting votes for President-elect Donald Trump.

Janice Park claims in her civil lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court in Anchorage that their votes will violate her Fifth Amendment right of equal protection and deny her the principle of one person, one vote.

Lawyers for the state of Alaska in a late Thursday hearing said the case should be dismissed because it doesn't have merit. …

Shouldn’t there be some kind of sanction for dumbf***kers filing frivilous lawsuits? Better yet, sanction the attorney’s they, at least, should know better.

So basically she’s suing to say the electoral college is unconstitutional? That’s a new one.

So -- the Constitution is unconstitutional?

And... is "the principle of one person, one vote" in the Constitution?

Neither.

It was Earl Warren who brought the “one man, one vote” notion into the sphere of politics.

Apparently the child is of the “I demand to have my way, and I demand it RIGHT NOW!” group. Perhaps she’ll hold her breath til she turns blue. THAT will show us!

Judges should jail and fine people who file frivolous lawsuits and their lawyers as well.

I feel sorry for people like this. How many lawsuits did the intolerant left file against Palin, and then dropped them all after Obama won? Why is it the Democrat Party is the most Anti-Democratic and Anti-Tolerant party in the US?

There were twenty five. Each was filed because ethics complaints must be defended by attorneys paid by the defendant, at about twenty thousand dollars each. Twenty thousand times twenty five is $500,000.00. She resigned from the governorship to avoid bankruptcy and she felt the lawsuits took all her time, and took her away from her official duties.

These complaints, all filed by the same person all terminated when Governor Palin left office.

The election propaganda is systematic, designed to make Trump look bad, but instead Democrats are lying losers.

Pass it on.

Democrats lie. Always.

Trump wins for us.

Yes. This is called “Barratry “and is an abuse of legal process. Both lawyer and plaintiff can be sanctioned and fined by the court.

This could go all the way to the Supreme Court. The result will be: “In a four to four tie, the Supreme court declared that the Constitution is unconstitutional”.

State should counter for all costs of such a ridiculous lawsuit.

Do these progressives REALLY want to set such precedents? Didn’t work out too well for them with changing the rules for nominating Supreme Court justices..
