The solution is to spin the hotel off to a separate company and make Don, Jr. and Eric the sole owners. Trump is out of the loop. He realizes no benefits, financial or otherwise, from the hotel. Ivanka can continue to work with him while he's president since she realizes no benefit either. And presto, the lease isn't violated.
