I live in Connecticut. The town I live in, and many others have a heroin problem in their high schools. So much so that it is addressed in PTO meetings every year. These kids can get a hit for $8,
The point is, up here in New England it is a big problem. You cannot tell me, that the government doesn’t know where it is coming from. Yes, the inaction from the Federal Government is eye popping.

You can’t tell me that you can’t find out how heroin is getting into the school. You go up to one kid and ask who sold it to him. I doubt he will hesitate too much in ratting out his dealer. His dealer is probably another high school kid, and so on . . . .
It’s not OK to go shooting in a restaurant.
It is also not OK if you own a ‘kid friendly’ restaurant to post pictures of toddlers on your instagram in provocative poses and hashtag them things like #hotard.
