How about the children getting Medical show that at least one parent is a legal resident or citizen before drawing a benefit.
Frankly, if they can not afford to live 125% above the poverty line then for sure the parents need to leave.

The children of illegals are over 11 million IMO and education alone cost us 200 Billion a year.

Health problems probably cost us another 120 Billion a year.

Money is another 50 Billion a year and entitlements regarding food and shelter is another 60 Billion a year.

Take the carrot away.

California is going to do the biggest sinking with their 10% sales taxes and 250 Billion in unfunded state government employee pension debt.

Mine alone is near $500 with a $6300 deductible before getting services.

If I was broke I would get better care than my plan for free with zero deductible.

Now that the overload of tv ads pro and against our props are over, the tv ads telling the low life to sign up for Obozo/Illiarily care are on TV several times a day. We don’t watch that much, but they are flooding the airways with their ads.

Add to this that the demonrats want to officially add ILLEGALS to the system (they’ve been getting it under the table for a while) and the price tag keeps going higher. Just wait until Trump pulls the $$$ for the socialists rant to ‘protect’ illegals.

“1 in 3 adults, and 50% of the Children of California are on Medi-Cal, California’s (Medicaid).”

One of our younger hard working tax paying California relatives, has noted: “When you factor out the minimum wage workers, those working less than 30 hours /week due to Obozo Care, probably less than 1 out 3 workers actually pay taxes and support the liberal spenders in Sacramento.”

That is the other side of your 1 out 3 adults on MediCal.

It merely confirms what I was already sure was taking place.

When I talk about it, it’s mostly to make sure others see it.

I’m all for them just leaving.

I didn’t put them in this position. Their parents and the Democrats did. And if we’re being honest, the Republicans too.

Those unfunded pensions are figures that are gamed a lot by both sides. I do think it is a massive problem, but I also think with some focus it could be corrected.

California is a robust state economically. If it had some good management it would be right side up after a few terms.

I’m not trying to cover Leftist ass. I do think the pensions are out of line. There’s simply too many folks making too much money, because the Democrats think money can never run out.

I don’t even know where the Earned Income Tax Credit starts these days.

It would seem to me that we would have to be getting taxes from more than 1/3rd, but with the known absurdities in California these days, I wouldn’t rule it out either.

At any rate, here is a pretty decent tax fax sheet from the state.

Not enforcing existing laws did this.

Take away entitlements unless there are legal resident parents.
If they drop their ass in a hospital, give bandaids, some pills, stabilize and release. (Don’t treat)

We just don’t have the money, if people want to pay then let them start a charity. That would be fair.

I don’t have a problem with what you’re saying there, but I would amend it to this.

If they need medical care, we’ll provide a bus ride to Mexico where they can get treatment in their homeland.

Actually, Covered California states 90% of the state pays $100 or less for it’s insurance a month.
I looked up what that means earnings wise. It means 90% of our state according to Covered California are at or below the poverty line.

So only 10% of California is pushing a robust anything.
What shape is the state in when you also add 250 billion in unfunded government employee pension debt.

My wife was from Mexico. She also believes in borders and following the law. She among others did not like Trumps mouth in his descriptions of Mexicans. (Big mistake by Trump).

So she came to her mother who was a legal resident here. Lazy mom never got citizenship, so she jeopardized half her kids.

My wife took about 16 years to get her citizenship and is in the upper 5% of tax paying citizens.

Here is my wife’s simple explanation as to why all come here.
They starve at times there in Mexico, not even food. In America even the poor can work and eat.
So why starve in Mexico when you can eat in America...

She sees abuse of the system as we all do and it pisses her off as well.

Unless I’m missing something, that would be 90% of the 50% that is on Medi-Cal.

This may in fact be addressing Medi-Cal and Covered California. I’m not sure if it’s the same thing. I had thought there was a segment of Covered California that was being sold to people with decent income too, I would lean toward there being two versions, poor, medium income.

This wouldn’t work out to 90%, but it could easily be above 50%. By how much, I’m not sure.

What we’re discussing is the level of disgusting it is. We both know it’s just terrible.

I appreciate that your wife went through what it takes to become a citizen. I was married to a Mexican (heredity) individual myself. I loved her very much, and thought highly of her extended family. Her grandmother on her father’s side and I hit it off, and I really miss her now that she’s gone.

Here extended family and I discussed the illegal immigration issue. I wouldn’t bring it up, but in a discussion or two it did come up. They didn’t like it either.

I don’t think any of us actually hate them. We don’t like what they are doing to our nation, so animosity will be a factor. None the less, we want our laws to be observed for our nation, for our citizens, for the illegal’s safety, and simply because we are a society of law and order people.

Illegal immigration has a corrupting effect. We can look at the churches, government officials, schools, and other entities that are now openly defying reasoned immigration law.

Crime has gone off the charts due in large part to the situation where foreign nationals can commit any crime they like, drift back to Mexico until things cool off, then come back. They can operate under a myriad of names/identities here. Sometimes they don’t even have to leave the country.

I have personally know men that had families on both sides of the border, so their women are abused too. Their families are abused. Not all of them, but enough to make it an issue. It isn’t all that uncommon.

We have women and children victims of sexual abuse. Add men to it and we’re talking equal victimization of murder, assaults, and the whole gamete of other crimes.

When addressing issues like this publicly, you’re trying to get your thoughts out in an orderly manner, and thinking of things you need to touch on next. It is easy to state something in a way that will be taken offensively. Someone will always find fault with it, perfect or not.

So I don’t buy into the idea he was mean about it.

He’s the first guy to address this issue like it needs to be addressed since Eisenhower. We’re talking over 60 years ago.

Now folks nit pick him for it. Not buying into that.

If folks want to believe the worst, they will believe the worst.

Trump is a good guy. He doesn’t hate or look down on Mexicans. He hires them.

He is a realist, and realizes we have to get tough on this issue.

If people want to pay for health care for illegals, bill the DNC and let them pay for their voter’s health care!

Thank you, but it was by divorce.

I’ve been through two now, and it doesn’t get any easier, at least for me.
