Harry Reid: Comey is ‘the new J. Edgar Hoover’ and should resign

Outgoing Senator Harry Reid appeared on MSNBC this morning for one more attack on FBI Director Comey, comparing him to J. Edgar Hoover and suggested he should resign. However, it’s not clear that anything Reid said is backed up by facts.
MSNBC host Joy Reid opened with a question pointing the finger at FBI Director James Comey. “Senator Reid you, as far back as October, were attempting to warn the country that the CIA had this information, you sent a letter to James Comey, the FBI Director, to that effect. Why, sir, do you believe that the FBI did not act on it and that nothing was done before November 8th?” she asked. “Because I did not believe Comey was the new J. Edgar Hoover,” Senator Reid replied. “I thought that he would do the right thing for the country,” Reid added.
“We’ve all read the press the last few days, the FBI had this material for a long time but he, Comey, who is of course a Republican refused to divulge this information regarding Russia and the presidential election,” Senator Reid said. At this point, Reid’s train of thought seemed to go off the tracks a bit. “You know, Russia has a pretty good way of cheating. Look at what they did with athletes. This is just the needle under the tent…or however the hell you say it,” Reid said. He seems to be conflating the biblical story about a came passing through the eye of a needle with the proverb about a camel’s nose under the tent.

Besides, what does Reid have against J. Edgar Hoover? I thought Reid liked guys who wears dresses. Except for the ones who beat him to a pulp when he doesn't pay for their services.
Comey, who is of course a Republican ........... Uhhhh? Oh now we know why he should be dismissed? But wait, he had enough stuff to indite Hillary, and didn’t do anything. Yup, he deserves to be dismissed, I feel his hands are dirty, like Harry’s.
The FBI should look into the Senate race that took place in Nevada. There are all kinds of clues that that race was fraudulent.
James Comey deserves the opportunity to spend more time with his family.
Comey is the walking reason why you shouldn’t try and please everyone dishonestly because then the whole world will unite in hate against you. Pick a lane, greedy chump. Corruption or legitimate law enforcement. Too late now, we all hate you equally. Nice legacy.

Nice summation. He is a tough guy and a good man, but the pressure broke him. I can't help but sympathize.
That beating Reid took around his head must have rattled the last few working brain cells loose...
It would not surprise me one bit if Harry is found with his head in a vise one day...
...and Hairy Reid had how much time to ‘investigate’ this guy, did he do it? NO, so now he’s complaining, how convenient of him...ROFL...
Trump has a lot of cleaning up to do in the FBI and CIA.

Just some has-been whose mouth moves but all that comes out is that “whah-whah” like in the Peanuts’ shows.
Comey couldn’t carry Hoover’s jockstrap, or.....petticoat, as the case may be.
