Link sets the context: It is to the actual story that's been, for some reason, deleted from Washington Post, New York Times, and ABC.
They ran the story originally, then have since deleted it.
On the day of the arrests (Nov. 20), Norway also announced it would no longer fund the Clinton Foundation.

It’s a 3 week-old story with no Americans involved. Much more important has happened to replace these non-US-connected stories and the stories simply got old, so like thousands of stories, they were removed.
The NY Times has online stories going back to the 1960s and earlier. Often very minor stories of local or esoteric interest.
But keeping this story posted was taking up too much memory for the computer servers of the New York Times, Washington Post, and ABC.
Maybe they were with Jim at the repair shop?
