I think it’s fake news. Remember a few weeks before the election when Steve R. Pieczenik, MD, PhD released a couple of videos admitting that rogue elements inside several intelligence agencies who have had enough of Obama and Clinton’s lawlessness provided the info to Wikileaks? He described it as a “counter-coup” to prevent Hillary from stealing the election aided by Comey, Lynch, et al.

Well it’s not hard to imagine “the other side” withing the CIA now putting out this fake story about Russia in an attempt to marginalize the other faction. If they can discredit the truth then whatever BS story they put out ends up being the explanation.
