I predict the Michigan Supreme Court will deny Stein's application to be heard. She can appeal that to the feds.

I’m fairly certain that’s how it works to overturn the lower court’s decision.
well that’s futile
We can say that in hindsight of the state appellate and federal court cases, but a few days ago, the feds were signaling (albeit only via Judge Conehead) that the right to a recount is fundamental under the US constitution.

Good one! It’s just that ‘rats aren’t known for avoiding the appearance of impropriety. We would end up with an all ‘rat court.
I take it that one of the Republicans is a leftist? No surprise, but it takes boots on the ground to know.
