Last I heard: yes and no.

A Bill set forth in ‘14 would allow pilot programs in cooperation with State officials ... but did not deregulate the. crop.

Moreover, we need to restore governance by constitutional means by finally casting aside FDR era lawlessness that pretends that the federal can regulate agriculture on the flimsy basis that it may somehow affect commerce among the States.

The lesser Power delegated is not proper justification for taking on a greater and more comprehensive power not delegated (things like regulation of agriculture, manufacture, or commerce within a State).
