Let's be real; it was a way Obama thought he could whip up the Democrat base. It backfired, and did so badly.
He took race relations, threw a can of gasoline on them, and then dropped the match. He has not only exacerbated but created a whole raft of racial and other social problems basically by creating a privileged legal and political system for blacks and other minorities, and then discriminating against whites.
Obama doesn't even know the meaning of "Candid".

Except for people on the fringes, and drunks and not-powerful people, he has little actual racism directed at him. He is just a bad man, with little skill besides hyping himself.

I conjecture that Obama grew up as a black child in a white culture. He might have not had any other black children as childhood friends. In that environment, he discovered that all the “bullies” he encountered were white. Thus, he demonized white people as the “bullies” to be reckoned with.
That certainly is the way he behaves with that chip on his shoulder and “I’ll show you!” attitude.

Yep, this was collaborated with Soros to gin up the Black, and to some extent, or to be followed by, the Hispanic vote as well. This was evil unleashed for the purpose of getting votes. The Democrats are in league with Satan.
Obama’s priorities are the three things near and dear to his heart:
1. - To advance Islam
2. - To advance homosexualism and sexual perversion
3. - To bring America to its knees
His interest in advancing American blacks and bringing about racial understanding and harmony are nonexistent.
American blacks are just tools (fools?) he can and does use to advance his three primary interests.
He gins up their hate and resentment and uses them to help destroy American culture and society and doesn’t even throw them a bone now and then.
But they always come back for more.

His only real major legislative accomplishment was Obamacare, and it is disintegrating on its own. If the Republicans/Trump do repeal it, that will be merciful.
His foreign policy was as much of a disaster — throughout the Middle East. We will have repercussions from that for the next century.
His only major accomplishment was managing, somehow, to get reelected, considering the disasterous economy he and his media sycophants have managed to hide from the public for 8 years.

Implying racism. Fact is, Obama proved he did not belong in an executive position, much to our detriment. IOW, to NOTICE that BO is incompetent is racist. If you don’t notice, well, you’re inclusive of incompetence. I guess.
Fact is, BO decided he didn’t need to work with anybody. He might have succeeded if he had sincerely reached across the aisle. History will show that the election of DJT was caused by a nadir of incompetence, the lasting legacy of BO.
America has a huge task ahead of it to reverse nearly three decades of people who shouldn’t be there. DJT is the kind of man we need to restore decency and competence to our culture and institutions.
Hating this business of declaring racism to explain failures. Such an attitude gets in the way of America and DJT getting our task accomplished.
