Did Wisconsin have voter ID in the past? If this is the first election with ID, maybe that partially explains Trump’s unexpected victory there.

We did not for a long time, finally got it passed but was blocked in the courts until this year.

Exactly. Voter ID at any level is better than not. Machines and voter ID are worth millions of votes to republicans. Many of those “urban” precincts have thousands of invalid/fraudulent votes.

Republicans are rule followers. Democrats feel there cause is more important than rules.
