The election board failed in its duty to reject the recount request which is what the appeals ruling said. They should be replaced. I suspect if Goldstrom doesn’t end recount, he’ll be overruled.

That’s my take as well, and Goldstein knows it. District Court judges do not like to be overturned so he may just do the right thing, tho that wouldn’t stop Stein’s lawyers. They get paid hourly, so wth.
