In the Obama numbers, I’m almost certain that one worker working 3 part time jobs has been counted 3 times.

well... what is happening is we went from say 1 mm people working 1 mm jobs with 1 mm unemployed to 2 mm people working 2 mm part time jobs (see full employment) :)
