Because black people have done such a wonderful job with Africa.
and Africans are still living in Mud Huts
Come to think about, are there any "black" countries in the world that aren't cesspools of crime, poverty, corruption and/or lacking basic human rights? I'm not the most gifted geography buff, but I sure as h$ll can't think of any.
