I hate that popular phrase coming out of the mouths of people in authority. Good leadership requires being pro-active. That is, systematically addressing all possible problem areas.

sorry about multiple post. This has happened several times recently. Does anyone have any advice on how to correct. It doesn’t happen all the time, maybe once every two or three days.
