Iran's president fired a warning shot at Donald Trump Tuesday, cautioning the President-elect that he would not allow him to "tear up" Iran's landmark nuclear deal with world powers.
"Whatever plans he has, it will be revealed later," Rouhani said of Trump, according to the Associated Press. "He may desire to weaken the nuclear deal. He may desire to rip up the deal. Do you suppose we will allow this? Will our nation allow this?"

This is something to keep in mind as some cheer on Iran’s ally, Assad. Assad is an ally of Iran and Putin. Iran is an enemy of the USA. No one should want ISIS to win, but it’d be best if both ISIS and Assad could lose.
Not a congress validated treaty. It’s not any sort of a deal except in the minds of the proposers. The US govt. took action as if the deal was a ratified treaty, which I think was an illegal expenditure only congress can allow, but it never was a treaty. Semantics does not make something that doesn’t exist, to exist.

You cannot make a “deal” unilaterally, there must be at least two parties. Iran did not make a deal with the United States, it made a deal with President Obama, a high ranking official of the United States, who had no authority or power to commit the Government of the United States to anything past the term of his presidency.
It would be a terrible precedent if any president could in effect bypass the treaty making provisions of the Constitution. Obama made deals that the majority (let alone two-thirds) of the Senate opposed, and that has already done great harm.
Why do we care about Assad? Grind ISIS into the dust of history and come home.

We have a deal, not a treaty, where the US would attack Israel and defend Iran if Israel attacks the Iranian nuclear facilities. With the fix in where Hillary was to succeed America's FIRST Muslim President, it didn't matter whether the treaty was ratified or not, Madam President was going to shoot down Israeli planes just like Hussein would have.
Trump understands, the average American doesn't have a remote clue who Hussein is and why he is working for the Muslims to win.
