Modern Beggar in India- A Techie Beggar with a Swipe Machine

Call me Mr. Skeptical on this one.
Don’t under estimate beggars in India. They treat it as business and run as business.
Well organised.
I was just telling friends about 3 days ago that it wouldn’t be long before we see panhandlers with QR codes for people to scan that would go right to their Go Fund Me site.
I offered to buy food for a hungry beggar just a short time ago. Not what he wanted - he wanted cash.
I was actually hungry once.. Bad times of my own making. Never begged, not once. But, ran in to an old acquaintance that bought me lunch at Denny's.
A Denny burger, had a side salad and french fries, I also asked if i could get a side of biscuits....too hungry to eat it all.
All he said, and way before the movie came out, is that some day I help someone else.
Prayers up for Earl.
I could see if it was one of those little swipers on a phone, but that thing has to be hooked to a line. Total fake.
Talk about stupid? Give a street beggar access to your credit card and you may as well just hand over your entire bank account.
In certain Indian sects, giving alms to beggars is a religious obligation. Naturally, as we move towards a cashless society, some innovative beggars will get out in front of the tech curve.
More proof that gypsies once originated from India.
