It will change nothing in MI.
It will get done in time for the electors to vote and if not, they’ll get safe harbor.
No way they finish. Detroit is a nightmare. There are going to be cases in court because their dumb asses can’t count ballot numbers or seal boxes.
Hopefully the state stands firm on “if your ballot numbers don’t match, you get no recount.”
But we know rules mean nothing.
