The middle judge worried me with his statement that the 4 man election board, by tying 2-2 on granting recount or not, made a decision to go ahead with a recount.
I have this playing in the background and I hear this woman that is already not answering questions I knew she was a liberal dope and I click to see what she looks like and sure enough she is a liberal hack.
Did the two judges that were challenged recuse themselves?
I hope not

The guy speaking now to the judges has a real raspy voice. Is this an attorney for or against this proceeding?

If reading judges comments and questions lead to a conclusion, this panel is going to shut it down.

Instead of "is", it is "aggrieved" being defined and the Stein side is trying to say that "aggrieved" is like Comey's "intent".
Anyway, that's the way I understood the entire 45 minutes or so I heard, by the time I clicked back to FR and found the thread.
Stien is, in my opinion, being considered a whiney kook.
Aggrieved:
1. To oppress or wrong grievously; injure by injustice.
2. To afflict with pain, anxiety, etc.
3. To injure unjustly, esp by infringing a person’s legal rights.
It is a simple fact that the election did not infringe on Jill Stein’s legal rights. She lost by a huge margin and her claim of infringement is a lie and the loss she suffered was the chance she took for playing the game.
Was trying to watch most of this but had a call come in and missed the end.
There’s a tweet on the Detroit News page’s article that had the video saying the court “won’t issue a contingent order as the AG’s office had requested” which I assume means they are not going to intervene and will let the madness continue?
I believe this was a MI appeals court and AG Shuette is appealing to the 6th circuit court even as we speak.
I am just SO tweaked off by this charade that I can’t see straight. While I have zero concerns that a “true” recount will not change the outcome, I am VERY concerned that they will use the opportunity to change enough votes to actually flip the outcome.
Feel like we’re watching a coup in broad daylight and there is not being a thing done to stop it.
Someone convince me I’m wrong before I totally freak out. Please.

The whole thing is so shifty, I would call it a soup sandwich. No wonder the news networks are virtually ignoring this farce. For America to know about it would paint those behind it as the demons who won’t stay in their crypt.
