He has filed a request with the 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in Cincinnati, OH to join a federal lawsuit to halt the recount MI election votes.
“We’re making this motion in an expedited, hurry-up fashion in Cincinnati because the federal judge we’ve been asking repeatedly to join the suit … has not ruled on our requests to intervene,” he said.

“It is notable, however, that the Mr. Schuette does not represent the State of Michigan in this suit,”
Which may very well be true on Bizarro World where Stein, Brewer and the rest of her cohorts live.
