If you could see some of the mutants employed at these homes, it would make your head spin. It takes a village to raise a child, Shillary’s favorite line. Unfortunately Special needs people don’t apply to her or most Liberals village!
In many of these private group homes, abuse is common. It’s all about money. In my area, the “supervisor/caregiver/house mother” is hired from homeless shelters. They use and sell the patients drugs. When the adult patients’ monthly check comes in, they receive sex/liquor/cigarettes/etc. until the money runs out. I pray for the return of the state hospital campus. Early in Trump’s campaign, he talked about it several times.
