Sadly, you remind us that this should not be the way S-SC adjudicates.

They should be impartial and disregard their party affiliation once in position. The rabble (which includes us Constitutionalists) must not ^depend^* upon the judges’ party affiliation.

* Because DEPENDS are generally full of ‘schmidt’ and need to be changed often?

I don’t think nhwingut meant it that way. We know democrats are whacked out. The republican judges will see the constitutional issues and come down on the side of fairness, sanity and right. The dems just can’t do that.

Simple answer to that is we have 5 that will follow the law and 2 that will vote whatever international pneumbra of associations of law referrals and witch doctor chants and other mystical methods to show us that we’re not as civilized as the rest of the world.
