Pass the Hearing Protection Act, enact national reciprocity, and repeal the NFA.
Repealing the NRA would render the Hearing Protection Act meaningless. I am all for that, btw. However, I don’t think that such is realistic; I would temporarily settle for the HOA and repealing the 1986 ban on new civilian full autos.
