That’s my hope with Barry going back to “community organizing”—because such a party won’t win here as easily as a moderate Democrat party.

Yours is good advice for sure ...
And Lieberna is acting as a career politician (or as any fierce competitor) would ... he wants to win, and he knows this is not going to happen with what is going on in his [socialist] Democrat Party.
And without a win the [socialist] Democrats cannot re-establish their base and eliminate the competition through legalizing uncontrolled (and unmonitored) mass immigration from turd-world countries.

Lieberman lost the Democrat Party nomination for his own U.S. Senate seat in 2006, then ran successfully as an independent candidate. And yet he still caucused with the Democrats in the Senate and supported the Democrat agenda up until the day he retired in 2012 ... which means he voted for every monstrosity that came out of the Obama administration from 2008 through 2012 (including ObamaCare).
That tells you everything you need to know about this @sshole.

That says more about McCain than it does about Lieberman, doesn’t it?

The Democrat Party is still not far enough left for the liberals. They think they lost because the party is too centered and want to run as fast as they can back left.

Where the hell has he been? Under a rock? It happened during Clinton’s reign of terror.

Democrats will chose a rich old white woman (who's husband made the money) OR they'll chose an angry black or brown person with 'a story' of victim-hood'...
Dems will stay true to form... and they'll keep losing.

WILL??? Dude, that happened decades ago! Name one "moderate" Democrat. The entire Democrat platform is extremist, from gender-neutral bathrooms to illegal immigration to abortion to "social justice" to higher taxes to crushing governmental regulation to environment to ...
That, more than anything else, is why they lost this election so badly. Due to Donald Trump's courage in saying the things that needed to be said, people woke up and realized that they had nothing in common with the Democrats, and that the sole voice of sanity was coming (as it always has) from the Right.

Wake up Joe...the left was been taking over your party since the nomination of George McGovern in 1972. Today’s Democtic party is only slightly right of the Socialist Workers Party. The last run for the Democrat Party nomination for president had a doddering socialist nearly cinching the nomination by espousing virtually Marxist ideas only to to be beaten to the nomination by Hillary whose platform was banana republic facist socialism along the lines of Juan and Evita Peron. The party of JFK and Hubert Humphrey is long gone.

Actually, in 1964 LBJ turned the D’rat party HARD left when he enacted the Great Welfare Socialism program that has cost taxpayers $25 TRILLION and enslaved millions.

The Democrats turned this corner a while back. The universities turned it first, and then their protégés became the party elite. After that, trickle-down organizational politics took over.

Joe Lieberman, have you been in hibernation for the past 20 years? The Democratic Party has been in Marxist free fall for decades. Are you so close things that you have no perspective? You could have crossed to the other side of the aisle long ago, as you should have.
