When Sanders spoke on CNN on November 23, 2016, about the future of the DNC and the Democratic party, Sanders dismissed Howard Dean returning as DNC chairman saying, “We don’t need white people leading the Democratic party right now.” Sanders finished saying “I’m here for the Millennials and the brown folks.”
