I think Kris Kobach would be great in Homeland Security but may have a lot of trouble getting confirmed. He is controversial. I kind of like the idea of Guiliani at Homeland and Kobach as his deputy. But Guiliani apparently only wants State. Trump is annoyed he is setting the terms and not Trump. Don’t cross Trump!
Yep; Guiliani misplayed his hand by insisting he would only take SOS. He may end up with nothing although DHS would be a natural fit for him.
