Egyptian human rights activist Hany Elsadek reiterated his pro-Nazi sentiments in videos posted on YouTube. Responding to MEMRI's exposure of his previous pro-Hitler clips, Elsadeq declared: "I love Hitler because he was an honorable man, who exposed you for what you are." Elsadek, who heads the "Middle East for Rights and Freedoms," signed off one of his new videos, posted on his YouTube channel on November 27, with a Nazi salute. Hany Elsadek: "I'd like to respond to some Israeli websites which published videos of me talking about Hitler. They mock me, calling me an antisemetic, anti-Israel scoundrel. I have one question: Are we obliged to follow what the Jewish media publishes? Must we prove that we are respectful and devout people? They soil Hitler's record. As I've said, Hitler was a great man, who was loved by his people. Therefore, we have the right to present a true image.

This is an effective method for stopping the other side’s propaganda. Once you establish that the other side is telling lies about some basic event, then nothing the other side puts forward is accepted as correct, without significant skepticism and checking.
Something close to this has happened in the U.S. the last election. Very few people now accept what comes out of the establishment media as true, without checking.
I am not saying that this professor is correct, just that this technique is effective.
