House Dems in DC vote to keep Pelosi as their leader as her home state votes to regulate cow farts
BIZPAC Review ^ | November 30, 2016 | Carmine Sabia

The Democrat Party has learned no lessons after the drubbing it took at every level of government on election day if its recent moves are any indication.

While the state of California is drafting rules to literally curb the supposed global warming effects of cow farts, the Democrat Party in the House voted to keep Calif. Rep. Nancy Pelosi as its minority leader.

The vote to keep Pelosi isn’t a big surprise but the move to create regulations for California farmers to curb the effect of cow flatulence is both stunning and absurd.

“If we can reduce emissions of methane, we can really help to slow global warming,” California Air Resources Board science adviser Ryan McCarthy, who is helping to craft the rules for the law signed by Calif. Gov. Jerry Brown in Sept., told the Associated Press.

The new regulations might include changes to what the cows are fed, but the best “solution” of them all is what they want to do with the gas the cows do emit, according to the Associated Press.

Yes, Californians your electricity might be running on cow flatulence and manure by as early as 2030.

And apparently House Democrats think this line of thinking falls in line with mainstream America because they re-elected the most left wing representative of the most left wing city in the most left wing state to guide them by a vote of 134 – 63.

If this is the Democrats strategy to win in 2018 and 2020 Republicans have nothing to worry about.

Fox News’ Brit Hume found it ridiculous.

And he wasn’t the only one.

The regulation of every fart and spit is the ultimate result of communism.

No Liberty, no freedom, you are controlled by the machine

California - Flatulence from Cows to be regulated. Sounds like the state of fruits, nuts and flakes has gone off the deep end. California has lots of cows.

California...ugh....
Easy solution. Ban all cows
and any other animal that
eats vegtable matter. No
deer, sheep, goats, etc.
Let this purple flower
state buy their cheese and dairy products from other states.
However, as a mechanical
designer, I can foresee
the need for a cow ass
catheter. I’m starting on
the design.
I could probably start a new
business...Cow Gas...
Maybe California could paint
all of their cows green.

Some dollar value will be assigned to a cow’s emissions. Then ranchers and dairy farmers will be taxed accordingly.

Cattle are excessively flatulent because Big Farma feeds them an unnatural diet of mature grains.

If they were fed their natural diet of grass, then their digestion, their health, and their nutritional value to us humans who eat their meat or their milk would all improve.

"Sounds like the state of fruits, nuts and flakes has gone off the deep end."

Next thing you know the whole state will be making impossible claims
about their military service and shaming themselves with
valor stolen from real patriots and veterans.

I had heard tht this was being discussed by the Calif Legislature, but was NOT aware that it had passed.

This stupidity can only lead to all dairy farmers in Calif relocating to other states. Wait until people in California learn how much their dairy products are going to cost because they are being transported into the state every day. I can see Nevada, Utah, Oregon, Idaho & other states gainign jobs & new incomes & new residents—both 4 legged & 2 legged with this monumentally dumb action.

Millions are spent advertising California Cows & California Cheese. Wonder how those advertising agencies are going to feel—along with the TV stations?

UC Davis is an agricultural college. Does it vanish?

There are alot of consequences with this stupid vote.

Sadly, it appears that someone falsely claiming to have been “buried for DAYS” in the rubble of the 1983 barracks bombing is “okay”.
Nevermind that Hondact200 STILL has yet to explain themselves on that.

Hate to burst your bubble, but I was raised on a Wisconsin dairy farm between 1947 until I graduated from HS & left in 1958.

OUR cows could fart with the best of them.

They were fed hay/grass silage in the winter, when it was too cold to let them outside & they grazed on grass pastures when in the spring & summer & fall.

They got SMALL amounts of ground corn/oats grain which we also raised on the farm fed dry on the top of the silage. IT by no means was a large amount. But fart they did.

Don’t know about your AGRICULTURAL upbringing, but this whole thing on the part of California is a total hoax, which will harm the dairy farmers who have invested their lives there & the costs of all dairy products will cost consumers. How much is a dormant-vacant dairy farm worth in property taxes? How much will anyone else pay for it?

This is beyond stupid.
