The US diet would improve immeasurably if Kellogg’s products were eliminated. They are all very high in sugar/carbs and contribute to obesity and diabetes.

i’ve been referring to soda pop as “diabetes water”, think i’ll start calling sugared breakfast cereal “diabetes flakes” or “diabetes flakes for tykes”.

And if people shopped the PERIMETER of the Grocery store - Meat, Dairy, Veggies & Fruits. Stay OUT of the middle of the store!

Bake your own whole wheat breads, eat rolled oats for breakfast and get on with your life.

But...I digress. :)
