I never got the impression that Rush liked Jeb. Rubio and Cruz, but not Bush. He was for Trump once he was the nominee. He never wanted Hillary to be elected, so he supported Trump.
He is very much supporting him as President-Elect.
Perhaps better late than never?
Although I think it’s more of an opportunist fair weather support than true support.
