What he is saying is that during a Democrat primary, he watched his vote count drop from 800 to 54, and that the count was inconsistent throughout the election.
In other words, he witnessed Democrats committing vote fraud against another Democrat.
It isn’t surprising. Some of the stories I’ve seen about Democrat vs. Democrat are mind-boggling. For instance, there was an election several years ago in San Francisco where boxes of voted ballots were found floating in the bay. The candidate who was the selection on all of the ballots lost the election.
