I have no doubt that illegal votes were cast.
California automatically registered illegal aliens to vote when they gave them drivers licenses.

Ga did it for years. as well. Many states did the motor-voter thing in the 90s, not sure how many still do it.
But once a person is a registered voter, anyone can pick up an absentee ballot for them, as I did for my wife in 6 elections. They never asked if she was still alive , just where to send the ballot.
