My Opinion: Just like Florida had to be settled in USSC, this has to be settled in the USSC. We're talking a Federal Election.

Let's see what happens.

Won’t be settled in Supreme Court until Trump’s justice is confirmed. I can only assume a 4-4 tie on anything regarding this. If that happens what’s next? Are the rats hell bent on having this settled in the streets?

yeah that’s great because Scalia is still alive /s. my opinion is it is just a bunch of b******* that is not worthy of the Supreme Court’s time. Florida came down to a thousand or so votes. 70000? Seriously? And you want to bother the Supreme Court on this b*******?

Sorry, but it is NOT a federal election, it is 50 State elections. That makes ALL the difference. Each State establishes its own rules. The Supreme Court doesn’t have jurisdiction. See amendment 10. The Bush Florida fiasco taht went to the SC simply forced the State to adhere to it’s own laws and recount the entire State not just the counties that the Dems wanted.

Supreme Court?

No thanks.

I don't trust Roberts. He has proven himself to be a servant of the Democrats. I don't know what they have over him, but I don't trust him.
