To: Fester Chugabrew

too many people seem to have missed the many threads and articles that mentioned republicans signed some agreement not to challenge voting results. I guess maybe it’s just presidential results, I don’t recall. All i know is i looked it up at the time and t made it clear that if they don’t do anything to trigger an extension again (already been one) that it will expire late 2017, I believe. So going forward Repubs the playing field will be more level.

This is an egregious abuse of equal protection that ought to be challenged at the highest levels. That said, a recount does not challenge the results, per se, but makes them more clear and accurate. It enhances them. The gist of that agreement is that we would not hassle inner city precincts during the process because it would intimate a twisting of arms on the part of Republicans, even though Democrats twist arms and bribe voters all day long.
