On November 8th, 2016, Donald Trump made history when he turned Pennsylvania red for the first time since 1988. In addition, Pennsylvania Republicans helped re-elect U.S. Senator Pat Toomey and 13 Congressmen as well as expand our majorities in the State Senate and State House.
In recent days, Green Party candidate Jill Stein has decided to launch baseless attacks against the integrity of Pennsylvania’s election system as well as the elections held in two other battleground states. Sadly, the legal counsel for the Clinton campaign signaled they would take part in any recount efforts initiated by Dr. Stein’s despite Secretary Clinton’s statement during the campaign.

The secretary shall order a recount and recanvass to all county boards if…a candidate for a public office which appears on the ballot in every election district in this Commonwealth was defeated by one-half of a percent or less of the votes cast for the office.” With 100% of the precincts reporting, Mr. Trump defeated Secretary Clinton by 1.17% (a margin of victory of 70,638 votes) – more than double the threshold for an automatic recount. Dr. Stein was defeated by 47.98 % by President-Elect Trump, and as such it is clear that she does not have a good faith basis to challenge the results She is clearly serving as a stalking horse for the Clinton campaign that once again will not take responsibility for its actions.
It sounds to me that the proposed petition will not meet the criteria for a recount.
Note on page 3 of the attachment dated Oct. 20, 2016:
Very important – voting machines in Pennsylvania are not connected to the Internet. In
fact, they are not even connected to one another.
In addition, voting machines are kept under a strict chain of custody. Prior to every
election the machines are tested for logic and accuracy. After successful testing, the machines
are locked down and physical tapes/locks are applied that would detect equipment
tampering. Furthermore, the voting machines are keep separate from the tabulation equipment.
On Election Day, a zero tape is run on every machine to ensure they do not contain prior
votes. This is done in the presence of poll workers and watchers.
Once the polls close, a physical tally of votes is run for every machine and posted at the
polling place. A copy of that paper tally is also included with the electronic memory card for
each machine, which are transported to the county board of elections in individual
security/tamper proof bags. The Judge of Elections and the Minority Inspector also get a copy.
Election night reporting of unofficial results takes place using the Commonwealth’s
secured network. Pennsylvania is a recognized leader among states in cybersecurity.
In addition to the Commonwealth cybersecurity tool and procedures, the Commonwealth
has partnered with federal agencies, including the Department of Homeland Security, to ensure
the integrity of our systems and networks.
The Department of State and the counties take very seriously their responsibility to
ensure fair, secure and smooth elections. We are confident the November election will meet
those high standards; as it has been the case in years past.

Fueling our growing Party was a historic surge of Democrats who decided to switch their voter registrations to the PA GOP. In total, 110, 264 Democrats switched to the Republican Party since January 1st of this year, compared to less than 46,000 Republican-to-Democrat switchers
Hillary losing PA should be no surprise.
That’s the criteria for automatic recount, though. Anyway, I hope PA tells Stein to take her petition and go pound sand.
Jill Stein is asking for voters to ask for a recount. They will have to submit an affidavit saying they believe there was fraud based on her computer experts affidavit. Here is a link to the affidavit. They are trying to find a go around.
That all looks good, but it doesn't quite say that Pennsylvania can legally refuse to do a recount if Stein pays for it.
Sign an affidavit that they agree with Stein’s experts, and that becomes the basis for a recount. This is not real evidence. Ridiculous.

They are not going after recount here they are soliciting the necc 3 affidavits (on her website) per district to launch an AUDIT of machines software etc. Crazy evidence is site ing wiki leaks hack of Podesta Gmail account. Bottom line they are doing this knowing it will take months and with objective of invalidating PA electoral votes. Be prepared to argue this vs simple recount action.

The state of PA has already attested to the integrity of their vote count. It looks like it’s Stein who is trying to hack the election.
Amazing this old cow is attempting to live up to the compliment DJT quoted at the end of their debate. “She’s tenacious and never, ever gives up.”
She’ll not succeed. She might try, but will go down as a true loser. Allow her to continue to smash that head into the wall (or, to be more accurate, the ceiling) until she knocks herself out. And JS, back to the drawing board for that female. She might as well be a clone of HRC
They have a plan diff for each 3 states. WI to flip some 20k. In PA 70k is too much so throw hacking etc whatever against the wall and see what sticks to some Lib judge. MI maybe a combo. Of course no concerns over NV NH CO. These bastards care nothing cept gaining power. We need executions on the Smithsonian Mall in DC.
