She should count her blessings that she and her crooked husband may be able to get away unscathed and scot-free, but apparently she is too dumb and wants to restart that $#$@ all over. In this case I would say go for it and put her away.
She probably owes somebody some serious money and also knows her own health is bad and will likely not get another shot in 2020.
