A look at Steve Bannon and his years at Harvard Business School
Boston Globe ^ | 11/26/2016 | Matt Viser

From the very first day, Steve Bannon made an impression.

In a Harvard Business School classroom of about 90 people in 1983, he took a seat in the “skydeck” — a spot at the top giving him a view of the entire class. The marketing professor pointed up at Bannon, calling on him — without warning — and asking that he present the case study they were supposed to have read before coming to class.

The case was on Fieldcrest blankets, the acrylic bedding available at most department stores.

“This,” Bannon began, “is a sleepy industry.”

The tense classroom cracked up, and Bannon went on to deliver an impromptu presentation that many of his classmates remember today as so succinct and on point that some have joked that the professor must have told him he was going to get called on.

Women, the article said, are “screwing up the Internet for men by invading every space we have online and ruining it with attention-seeking and a needy, demanding, touchy-feely form of modern feminism.”...

Meaning facebook. Geez!!

Not all women of course and there are some men too, who say

“LOOK AT ME!!! LOVE ME!! LOOK AT MY DOG/CAT/BIRD/CHILD/BEAUTY MARK/SODA CAN!!! IT IS THE MOST SPECIAL SODA CAN IN THE WORLD!!!!”...

Too much for me. I dont need the validation of 10,000 people I dont know.

Just my cat :) Now let me tell you HOW SPECIAL HE IS COMPARED TO OTHER CATS... :)

When the Globe digs for a hit piece on Bannon and can only come up with an all around quite favorable article, despite a couple of unfounded shots at Breitbart.com, that really says something.

My take as well.

But the hits (on Bannon) keep coming. This man is a walking, talking threat to The Left and they know it. I continue to be amazed that Trump had the wisdom, (yes Margaret, the wisdom) to pluck this guy from what was, for most of us, obscurity and put him in the position of power that he now finds himself.

This is going to be a very, very interesting ride. And Freepers need to lock and load and prepare to defend Stephen Bannon. He is going to need all the help he can get defending himself from the Dem/MSM (one and the same, as we know) onslaught that is inevitable and is just ramping up.

What most can’t find in their recollections is the harshly divisive Steve Bannon they read about today.

It's as satisfying as the first sip of a big glass of iced tea on a hot day, imagining the cursing of this Globe team sent to specifically dig up what they certainly would have called "the early signs" of Bannon's "deplorable" behavior via "interviews with more than two dozen of his former classmates", and coming up empty.

Interviews with more than two dozen of his former classmates illustrate that many view him as a brilliant thinker, even if they don’t always agree with his politics.

If the media had investigated Barack Hussein as thoroughly as they are investigating everyone named by President Trump, the last eight years would have turned out very differently. How many interviews questioned even one of Barack's alleged classmates who actually knew our outgoing "leader"?

How true. I seem to recall the primary measure of a Zero appointee was do they fill out the diversity quota.

"I continue to be amazed that Trump had the wisdom,..."

Don't be amazed. I'm convinced Trump is a genius. He always surrounds himself with super competent, loyal people.

Will you get tired of winning?

I'm becoming more convinced of it every day. Hillary better watch herself in this recount. Trump IS going to be the President, and he is extremely smart and subtle in dealing with his opponents (IMHO).

Remember lightning rods? They are designed to attract the lightning bolt and move the power safely from damaging the home. Bannon is the lightning rod and Trump is the home.

It appears he is made from the same stock as Trump and has no problem handling it whatsoever. They throw their punches, and while most miss the mark completely, those that land are weak punches indeed. He probably is even amused by it all.

He relishes it. Like Trump, I imagine, he seeks challenge and likes to win.

I now know more about Steve Bannon’s school years than I do Barack Obama’s.

If there were ever two people who needed no help defending themselves, it was Andrew Breitbart and Steve. It’s the vuys attacking him who need the help.
