In 2011 a full blown, ballot by recount was done in WI for the State Supreme Court. (Act 10 was hanging in the balance). The Dem backed candidate only managed to gain 305. She needed 7,500.

She may not succeed, but is there any doubt that Hillary is trying to steal the election? Stein has proven herself to be a phony simply by the states that she has chosen to contest. Trump and the GOP better take this seriously and show up at the recounts with bells on.
