Nope. You’re dreaming. You forgot how fast supreme courts can fly to stomp lower courts when judicial survival is on the line. Check out Bush v Gore. Governments, including judges, always act in their own self-interest. They are, after all, just human.

No dreams here FReeper, I have seen the courts in action. The left is setting up a no win situation to deligitimize Trumps election. But I have more faith in the Wisconsin Supreme Court than the Florida Supreme Court. But this will get to the federal courts and if the left gets the correct venue they will prevail because of a tied SCOTUS.
Yea, let’s go count the ‘alien’ top-heavy states like CO, CA, NM, AZ, TX, IL, NC, NV, VA, GA, FL ... damn that’s a lot!

Going back to the 2000 recount. The electors must meet at a certain time and if a state does not certify it’s results in that time frame they would by law be unable to send any electors to their capital to cast a vote.
It was discussed back during the 2000 recount.
